Grapes washing test by ozone water compared with traditional clean

Experimental Method:
We purchase imported grapes (above left photo) from the supermarket,which are carefully cut from the branches one by one, so as not to hurt the skin. Then divide it into 3 parts
❶Seal without cleaning;
❷ Carefully wash off dirt with tap water and dry with paper towels. Wipe and seal;
❸ [Ozone + Electrolyzed Water] Using portable ozone cleaner electrolyze for 10 minutes and wipe with paper towels. Wipe off and seal.

■ Summary
We observed for 4 weeks, and we can see that the grapes below
❶Unwashed grapes rotted and smelled on the 7th day, indicating that even with the application of multiple preservatives, mildew inhibitors and other pesticides, it was difficult to preserve them;
❷Grapes washed with tap water had a large amount of mold on the 5th day. This shows that tap water washed away a certain amount of preservatives and mildew inhibitors, but tap water has no sterilization function, and bacteria and mildew that cannot be seen by the naked eye were not killed and multiplied in large numbers;
❸Grapes washed with [ozone + electrolytic water] did not show any signs of rot or odor until the end, and always exuded a fruity aroma. This shows that direct electrolysis not only decomposes agricultural residues such as preservatives and mildew inhibitors, but also completely kills bacteria and mold, which plays a very good role in maintaining the freshness of fruits. The harm of agricultural residues, bacteria, and mycotoxins to the body should not be underestimated, and washing is very important!
